• Made-to-Order Policy: We specialize in made-to-order clothing, which means that each piece is custom-made specifically for the customer. Once an order is placed and production begins, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

• Payment: We accept payment through secure online payment gateways such as UPI, Phonepe, Gpay, and bank transfer. Full payment must be received before production begins.

• Delivery: We ship throughout India. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.

• Sizing: It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate measurements when placing an order.You can refer our standard size chart provided and customize accordingly. We are not responsible for any sizing errors caused by incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

• Returns and Exchanges: We do not offer returns or exchanges on our products, as each piece is custom-made for the customer. However, if there is an error on our end, we will make every effort to correct the issue.

• Intellectual Property: All content on our social media pages, including images and designs, are the property of Stitched by Sana and may not be used or reproduced without our permission.

• Privacy Policy: We take your privacy seriously and will never share or sell your personal information to third parties. All information collected is used solely for processing your orders and providing customer service.
