Our commitment to creating custom-made clothing means that each piece is unique and tailored specifically to your predetermined measurements and preferences. Once an order is placed and production begins, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

However, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you have any issues or concerns with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it and we will do our best to address your concerns and find a solution.

In the event that there is a mistake on our end, such as defect in the product, we will make every effort to correct the issue.
